The theoretical block covers climate change and extreme events, business adaptation and prevention, as well as crisis management and communication. The practical core is a discussion-based crisis exercise on natural hazards with escalating scenario steps.

Teams ready for time-critical situations
A compact three-hour outdoor format for companies and organisations. Self-organised teams work through a flood scenario at the demonstration model, including unexpected escalations. The focus is on communication, coordination, prioritisation and decisions under time pressure. The output is three specific team rules for your business.

Municipalities prepared through knowledge
A one-day training format for mayors and municipal delegations. It combines up-to-date knowledge on climate change, climate adaptation and disaster prevention at municipal level with crisis management and communication. The practical block simulates a disaster event – such as flooding, debris blockage or inundation in the village centre – as a realistic tabletop exercise.
